Charles C. Triesch
REALTOR® Specializing in Rural Property across Texas.
What eventually led me to becoming a Realtor was my prior exposure to the Oil and Gas industry as a Landman and over a decade of experience in the Title Insurance industry. While as a Landman, I gained valuable knowledge of various parts of Texas. Whether through spending weeks on end in a remote part of the state, working from County Courthouses and living in small town hotels, I worked directly with local land and mineral owners concerns with natural resource exploration and development. What better way to learn about an area than through full immersion. Working with such landowners, their number one concern was “what is going to happen with my land”. Luckily, we were always able to find a way to mitigate surface exposure for development purposes. As a lifelong landowner myself, I took their concerns personally, as you never want to see a cherished place altered beyond a reasonable expectation. This approach created many friendships based on trust which blossomed into a role as a point of contact between the landowner and the developing partner. Being a landman was a cherished part of my professional life which I look upon fondly.
As things took a turn for the Energy sector, I shifted into a roll with a Real Estate Title Insurance Company. Little could I have predicted that my experience as a Landman would quickly propel my career through the industry. My experience with landowner rights, easements, surveys, restrictions, large acreage tracts, multiple owners, and complex conveyance issues would prove invaluable for the decade to follow. In the industry, I had exposure to just about every type of transaction one would find in Texas Real Estate. Residential, Acreage, Farm and Ranch, Commercial; you name it and I have experienced and cured the many issues a Title Company faces prior to policy issuance. I amassed a multitude of skills and experience to handle a difficult transaction for my clients and ensure we are able to mitigate any issues before the arise.
I have always had a place for land, the preservation and personal development into a place you can call home. We are certainly blessed to be in such a state of ecological diversity no matter where our boots land. I look forward to helping you find your treasured piece of Texas.

When considering purchasing a ranch, the benefits are truly boundless. From the size of the property to the potential improvements and its intended use, there are various factors to contemplate. In Texas, many ranches serve as commercial game hunting grounds, with some even specializing in exotic game. These operations may demand significant labor and capital investment. Conversely, other ranches focus solely on livestock management, requiring minimal time and labor commitments. The synergy between livestock and wildlife is a common feature on most Texas ranches, offering advantages associated with both types of land use. Additionally, some individuals acquire ranch properties as an investment strategy, viewing them as tangible assets that can yield long-term returns.
